So, he decided to go into the real estate brokerage business. After several successful years, he began investing his own money in real estate.
Adam sees trends in the real estate market before they become common knowledge and he acts on them. He says that supply always lags a few years behind demand, then the trend flips. He attributes his success to follow-up, consistency and persistence.
He says that the biggest mistake people make in real estate is wanting to make big money fast. It is better to take your time, because real estate does not move fast. It takes time to become successful with it.
